Note:

All reservations are limited to a 50-person maximum group size. Reservations over 50 persons require the express approval of the Parks and Recreation Director and Town Manager at least 90 days in advance. Reservations made without prior approval may be cancelled by the Town of Stallings.

Below is a list of helpful reminders to ensure your time with us runs smoothly.

Please remember these activities are NOT permitted by those reserving park facilities:
a. Large groups (over 50 people).
b. Amusement devices such as, but not limited to, inflatable/bounce or mechanical rides or apparatus.
c. Vendors (food or otherwise).
d. Pony rides, petting zoos, or animal exhibits.
e. Organized sports activities unless approved by the Town.
f. Tents (or any covered structure), extra tables, or chairs are not permitted.
g. Motorized vehicles are NOT permitted within the park, except for Official Town of Stallings
vehicles.
h. No types of chemicals, paints, toxins, tape, bubbles, silly string, glitter, artificial flowers,
piñata, water balloons, confetti of any kind, or staples are to be used in or on any facility.
i. Alcoholic beverages are prohibited in Town Parks and Facilities.
j. No refunds will be given for rain, thunderstorms or inclement weather/natural disasters.
k. Parking is on a first come, first serve, basis, and is not guaranteed with the shelter rental.
l. Driving to a shelter for any purpose is strictly prohibited including unloading and loading.
m. Shelters are not available prior to or later than the scheduled rental time.
n. Clean up should begin prior to the end of the rental time and the shelter must be completely vacated at the end of the rental period.
o. A minimum damage fee of $30 will be applied if rules are not followed along with a 2 month rental probation of all Town of Stallings facilities.
p. Any damages are the responsibility of the signed renter. Damage fees will be assessed.
