Facilities

Note:

All reservations are limited to a maximum of 50 people. Events exceeding this limit are not permitted and may be cancelled by the Town of Stallings without refund.

-The following activities are not permitted during facility rentals.
-Groups exceeding 50 people are not allowed.
-Amusement devices, including inflatable or mechanical rides, are prohibited.
-Vendors of any kind, including food vendors, are not permitted.
-Pony rides, petting zoos, or animal exhibits are not allowed.
-Organized sports activities are prohibited unless approved by the Town.
-Tents, canopies, or other temporary covered structures are not permitted.
-Additional tables or chairs not provided by the Town are not allowed.
-Grills of any kind are strictly prohibited. Motorized vehicles are not permitted within the park, except for official Town of Stallings vehicles.
-The use of chemicals, paints, toxins, tape, bubbles, silly string, glitter, artificial flowers, piñatas, water balloons, confetti, staples, or similar materials is prohibited.
-Alcoholic beverages are not permitted in Town parks or facilities.
-Driving to shelters for any purpose, including loading and unloading, is strictly prohibited.

No refunds will be issued due to rain, inclement weather, or natural disasters.

Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis and is not guaranteed with the shelter rental.

Shelters may only be used during the approved rental time; early access or extended use is not permitted.

Cleanup must begin prior to the end of the rental period, and the shelter must be completely vacated at the scheduled end time.

A minimum damage or violation fee of $30 may be assessed for failure to follow park rules and may result in a two-month suspension of rental privileges for all Town of Stallings facilities.

Any damages to park property are the responsibility of the renter and will be assessed accordingly.
