Join Us for Stalloween 2026!
We would love for your business to be part of the fun at Stalloween, a festive community event hosted by the Town of Stallings!
Event Details:
Date: Saturday, October 24, 2026
Time: 3:00pm to 7:00pm (Set up as early as needed, MUST be set up by 2:30 PM)
Location: Stallings Municipal Park, 340 Stallings Rd, Stallings, NC 28104
We are seeking local businesses to join our “Tent-or-Treat” activity by setting up a booth and handing out prepackaged candy to trick-or-treaters. This is a fantastic opportunity to engage with the community, promote your business, and showcase your Halloween spirit!
Spots are limited to 16 companies; there will be a waitlist and if we have 14 or more on that we will expand our tent or treat area!
***ALL APPLICATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO APPROVAL | PLEASE ALLOW PARKS DEPARTMENT 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS APPLICATION BEFORE RECIVING FINAL CONFIRMATION & INVOICE.
Participation Details:
New This Year – Selling is Allowed - NO FOOD OR BEVERAGE ITEMS ALLOWED! FOOD TRUCKS ARE BOOKED!
You now have the option to sell items at your booth. However, you must still hand out candy as part of the Tent-or-Treat experience. When registering, please indicate whether you will be: Promoting only (no sales), or Selling items
Fees
Promotion Only - $10 for businesses located in Stallings, $15 for businesses outside of Stallings
Selling Items - $25 for businesses located in Stallings, $35 for businesses outside of Stallings
Tent Size: 10' x 10'
Requirements: Hand out prepackaged candy (no homemade items) and you may include your business card with the candy. If selling items you must submit pictures of what you are selling to our event coordinator.
Promotion: You are welcome to promote your business at your booth, but no sales are allowed.
Decorations: Decorating your tent is strongly encouraged! The best-decorated tent will win a prize, including a Gold Level Sponsorship for all 2027 events.
***You will sign the Stalloween Participation Agreement form, please reference the agreement for all of the terms&conditions.***
